In Core Concepts, get ready to take your Pilates practice into a 60 minute all-out session where you will feel (and work) all of those abdominal muscles. Yep, all of them. From the side body to those hard-to-reach lower abdominal muscles, we won’t leave a muscle-group unturned and unworked.

Get ready to sweat as we turn the heat up! We’ll be working those killer ab moves, breathing through that long hold position and fighting with a smile through those repetitions ~ as we rock out to some upbeat tunes, keeping the mood high!

Those looking for a strong Core workout.
