DeStress is a slow paced and grounded combined Yoga and Pilates practice that invites you to unwind and balance the body. Through a combination of Restorative Pilates, Yin Yoga and Meditation prepare to release, unwind and restore the entire body.
Bringing soft mobility into the joints, gentle stretches and breathing exercises, DeStress promotes deep body awareness and melts away tension.
Through the use of gentle movement and stillness in specific poses this grounding practice, with it’s use of props to reduce the effort in still holds, allows for optimum joint and fascia release.
