A gently flowing + opening practice, designed to leave space for restorative moments where tissues are massaged and positively manipulated.

Feel the restorative benefits through an alignment focused practice that creates strength; through a practice with precision and time spent within each pose.

Flow through a sequence that creates a stronger body on a muscular and cellular level. The last half of the class will be deeply restorative to replenish and renew the body and mind. A truly powerful practice.

This class is ‘Warm’ meaning that the room will be gently heated to enhance the benefits of the practice.

This vigorous + revitalising class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular benefits – as well as increasing physical + mental stamina.

Vinyasa meaning, “flow” or “to move without resistance,” challenges both the aerobic + anaerobic systems of the body. This class incorporates regular sequences whilst also giving you the chance to experience variations in postures to modify, intensify + challenge your body to go deeper.

In this smooth & gentle Vinyasa Flow, the flow of your movements will be guided by the rhythm of your breath. Without any rush, you can really focus on your own experience.
