Flow + Glow

Flow + Glow Yoga {Prenatal, Postnatal + All Women Welcome} combines breath work, energising flows, deeply safe stretching and strengthening postures to keep your body in good shape and your energy levels high.

If you’re missing your regular Vinyasa Flow or Power Yoga practice, then this class for you. You will leave feeling like you truly used your body yet in a safe, effective manner.

As with all of our classes, we include deep breathing exercises and a delicious relaxation (as well as useful tips and information) to leave you feeling wonderful today and better prepared for tomorrow.

BEST FOR
Pregnant + Postnatal women are both welcome. Women not in the Prenatal + Postnatal phases are also welcome to join if they wish to experience this practice.

Baby + Me Pilates
Baby + Me Pilates classes are a great opportunity to enjoy a full postnatal pilates practice whilst enjoying the company of your little one.
 
This Pilates practice is designed to be strengthening, body-warming and heart-pumping  – however our postnatal teacher will offer diverse options for students so that your practice is suitable for your level. Whether you are new to Pilates, just delivered your baby 6 weeks ago or an avid yoga practitioner, this focused and specialised class will be suitable for all levels.
 
This class is a great option if you would like to get some core strengthening benefits in a safe, fluid and fun class. It’s a great practice for toning and lengthening the muscles, working on the posture and particularly for strengthening the core in a safe way. 
 
Just like our other Baby & Me classes, your little one will be engaged and interacted with; he/she will enjoy playing with toys, napping and observing you in your practice.
 
Babies and crawlers are welcome to join mamas in their practice. Please bring your little ones favourite toys.

Baby + Me Fit
Baby & Me Fit focuses on postnatal recovery and realignment of the body, building strength and muscle tone from the inside out, whilst at the same time bringing awareness to the physical and emotional bond you have with baby through fun interactive practices that use sound, songs, touch and movement.
Working out with your baby isn’t just an adorable experience, it also nurtures a deep bond, toning your entire body whilst your baby develops motor skills.
Baby & Me Fit challenges your core, thighs, arms and shoulders in a gentle yoga practice, whilst teaching you safe and joyful ways to integrate baby into your practice so that he/she benefits too.
The fitness component of our practice will challenge your entire body (with a special focus on safely restoring the pelvis, pelvic floor muscles and those core abdominals muscles) in a high-energy, motivational and mood-boosting style. Of course, we will be offering variations of our exercises to support each mama at every level of fitness, recovery and energy level.
Our Baby & Me Fit class time is equally split between mum and baby. Through effective, fun and interactive exercises, our practice will stimulate your baby’s development and stretch, strengthen and tone your postnatal body.
