With Pilates at its Core, ‘Core Pilates’ is a challenging, 50 minute torso strengthening, correcting and conditioning class.
This workout connects with the pelvic floor, back, abdominals, intercostal muscles & hips. Basically everything from your nips to your hips.
This class is dynamic, powerful and focused but it also knows how to have a good time. We called it Core because we believe this class should be at the centre of all of our workouts – we want to work from our body’s powerhouse and move gracefully, and risk-free forever (well, we aim high).
