Class Cancellation Conditions:
Studio 191 & The Cosmos has a 12 hour cancellation policy. All classes must be cancelled online via your Bsport account more than 12 hours prior to the class starting time. No-Show / Late Cancellation Fee – A €5 fine for no-show or late cancellation will be taken from the members account.
Membership Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellation possible with 1 month notice and must be submitted in writing before the end of the current monthly runtime. Upon cancelation any unused credits expire at the end of the last monthly runtime and are not redeemable after this point. Once a membership is purchased and used to book into classes, a refund is not possible.
